The mountains of Madrid are just 30 minutes from the cityt there is a world of towering pine forests, cold mountain streams and snowy peaks near the Capital. Just 45 minutes s from steamy Madrid we offer an apartment in the old town of Guadarrama, making a relaxing change to staying in Madrid centre and a great base from which to tour the central region of Spain.

This family apartment is just a short walk from the center of the Guadarrama where you can find shops and restaurants. The apartment is also close to pine forests and mountains with a picnic and lake area and lake etc just 5 minutes drive.

We offer a 3 bed two bath apartment with tennis and pool in the Sierratown of Guadarrama which is is a typical sierra town and popular summer retreat for Madridilenos looking to avoid the heat of the city July/August. It is thirty minutes from Madrid center and forty five minutes from Madrid International airport (Barrajas).

There are lots of activities and sights to see here in the Madrid mountains. Including the impressive Escorial Monastery and the awe inspiring Valle delos Caidos. One can also visit Madrid, Cuenca, and Segovia city all within one hour drive. Guadarrama is well served with buses every half hour to Madrid center.
