Rural Hotel Lleida(Lerida)

Catalonia in northeastern Spain has amazingly spectacular scenery. From fast flowing rivers and the canons in the northern area to the semi-arid plains tothe south, the provincia is spattered with picturesque villages, medeaval towns andcastles.

In the centre of the province just off the road connecting Barcelona with the capital is the small village of Vilagrasa and the location of this rural hotel. Overlooking the timeless square and an ancient iglesia. CaFaba is a traditionally built house which has been transformed into amodern casa rural offering selfcatering accommodations for group sizes of up to 10.
	Cal Faba has pretty views of the main plaza and a curious Romanic church in front. There are views of the pyrenees from the courtyard at the rear. Cal Faba has four bedrooms, two baths a modern kitchen, a games rooms and interior patio with BBQ.
Villagrassa itself is welcoming and has some curious old buidings. Around the village there are plenty of walks and nine hole golf course. The proprieters also offer tours to a working farm, great fun for children and adults.! Other interest visits are Lerida (Lleida) the province's capital, overlooked by its grand cathedral and an Arabic castle.
	This hotel makes an ideal base for touring the north east with Barcelona and the Sea resorts an our or so to the east and Lleida and Zaragosa with its magnificent churches are to the westand the magnificent Pyrenees to the north.
